时殷弘博士，现任中国人民大学A岗杰出学者（特聘教授），中国人民大学国际关系学院学术委员会主席、中国人民大学美国研究中心主任，南京大学政府管理学院特任教授，2011年起兼任中国国务院参事。曾任南京大学国际关系史教授、中国人民解放军国际关系学院国际关系教授、中国美国史研究会理事长、美国密执安大学公共政策访问讲授教授。从事国际关系理论思想、国际关系史、战略理论和战略史、当今国际政治、东亚安全、中美两国对外政策研究。已出版著作18部、译著20部，发表学术论文和评论600余篇，其中许多有广泛的国内和国际影响。

Shi Yinhong, Ph.D., currently a Distinguished Scholar (Specially Appointed Professor) of Renmin University of China, Chairman of the Academic Committee of the School of International Studies of Renmin University of China, Director of the American Studies Center of Renmin University of China, and Specially-appointed Professor of the School of Government of Nanjing University, and Counselor of the State Council since 2011. He used to serve as Professor of International Relations History at Nanjing University, Professor of International Relations at the Chinese People's Liberation Army University of International Relations, Chairman of the American History Research Association of China, and Professor of Public Policy Visits at the University of Michigan. He has engaged in international relations theory, history of international relations, strategic theory and strategic history, current international politics, East Asian security, and China-US foreign policy research.
