陈国平

法学博士，副研究员。现任中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所党委书记、副所长。代表作有《明代行政法研究》，《俄罗斯国有企业改革》等，曾参与《中国法制通史》（张晋藩任总主编）第七卷的编写。

PhD in Law, and Associate Researcher, currently serving as Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has published the Study on Administrative Law of the Ming Dynasty, and

the Reform of State-Owned Enterprises in Russia, and participated in the compilation of Vol. 7 of A Complete History of the Chinese Legal System (edited by Zhang Jinfan).

Zhao Yuanliang, Ph.D., Deputy Editor, Deputy Director of the Editorial Department of World Economic Research, Institute of World Economics and Politics, CASS. He is committed to research on the development of international political journals, international relations theory, great power relations and international strategy. He has published The Evolutionary Logic of Great Powers: A Perspective Based on Weapons, Governance, and Civilization, academic articles in journals such as World Economics and Politics, Modern International Relations, Pacific Journal, and has participated in editorial and preparation work such as Non-traditional Security and New Diplomacy Strategy in China, International System Changes and Strategic Choices in China.
