刘　鹏

现任教于中国人民大学公共管理学院行政管理学系，同时兼任美国公共管理学会会员、国家食品药品监督管理总局风险交流咨询专家、中国药品监督管理研究会专家委员，主要研究方向为风险治理与政府监管、公共安全、卫生政策，曾在《中国软科学》《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》、Regulation & Governance，Food Policy，Journal of Contemporary 等刊物发表中英文论文40 余篇，其中被SSCI 收录10 篇，CSSCI 收录30 篇，主持国家自然科学基金、中央网信办、国家食品药品监督管理总局等多项研究课题。

He is currently teaching at the Department of Administration and Management of the School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China. He is also a member of the American Society for Public Administration, risk communication consultant expert of the China Food and Drug Administration, and expert member of the China Society for Drug Regulation. His main research interests include risk

management and government regulation, public safety and health policy. He has published more than 40 papers in Chinese and English in China Soft Science, China Public Administration, Journal of Public Management, Regulation & Governance, Food Policy, Journal of the Contemporary, etc., including 10 SSCI papers and 30 CSSCI papers. He has presided over a number of National Natural Science Funds, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, and the China Food and Drug Administration research projects.
