吴传华
Wu Chuanhua, Ph.D. in laws, executive researcher of the research project “Ethnic Issues and African Development” supported by the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS),used to serve as deputy director of the Editorial Department of the CASS Institute of West-Asian and African Studies, chief of the Political Section of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, and chief of the Cultural Section of the Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe. He has published more than 30 academic papers including China's Cultural Communication to Africa: Current Situation and Challenges, and Reflections on China's Strategic Layout of Cultural Communication to Africa. He won the CASS Outstanding Academic Journal Award and the third prize of the CASS Award for the Excellence in Countermeasure Studies.
