南岭 经济学博士。现任深圳市体制改革研究会会长。先在大学工作十年，任讲师、副教授、研究员；后转行政岗位，曾任中共深圳市委副秘书长，深圳市政府副秘书长，深圳市体制改革办公室主任，深圳市政府发展研究中心主任。

出版《现代公司成长、权利结构与制衡》《南岭论文集》等著作，主持或参与深圳市多项重大规划、政策和体制改革的研究与推进。

Nan Ling, doctor of economics. At present, he is the president of the Shenzhen System Reform Research Association. He once served as Deputy Secretary General of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary General of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, director of the Shenzhen Municipal system reform office, and director of the Development Research Center of the Shenzhen Municipal Government. He has published "Modern Company Growth, Right Structure and Balance", "Nanling's Thesis Collection" and other works, and presided over or participated in the research and promotion of a number of major planning, policy and system reforms in Shenzhen.
