曹天禄 博士（后），现为深圳市人文社会科学重点基地深圳职业技术学院“党建与世界政党研究中心”主任、教授、博士生导师。主要从事新时代经济特区理论与国外马克思主义政党等领域研究，是中国研究日本共产党理论和实践的知名学者，为全国、教育部、广东省、深圳市哲学社会科学基金项目通讯评审、结项评审专家。中国政治学会理事，中央党史和文献研究院国家高端智库建设当代世界社会主义研究重点方向核心团队成员，中国社会科学院世界社会主义研究中心特约研究员，华中师范大学国外马克思主义政党研究中心、辽宁大学世界马克思主义政党研究中心客座研究员等。在《中国社会科学内部文稿》《马克思主义研究》《当代世界与社会主义》《科学社会主义》等权威期刊上发表论文四十余篇，其他期刊上发表六十余篇，其中近三十篇被《新华文摘》、《马克思主义文摘》、人大复印报刊资料等报刊转载、摘录、索引。出版专著、合著、教材二十余部。主持参与国家级等各类项目三十余项，其中两项国家社会科学基金项目结项优秀。向党、政府和研究机构提供咨询报告十五篇，其中获中央领导肯定性批示两篇，省部级领导肯定性批示四篇。获教育部、广东省、深圳市哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、三等奖。

Cao Tianlu, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor, is mainly engaged in special economic zone theory in the new era and foreign Marxist party research. He is a well-known scholar in China who studies the theory and practice of the Communist Party of Japan. He is also an expert in the communication and final evaluation of the national philosophy, that of the Ministry of Education, of Guangdong Province and of Shenzhen and social science foundation projects. He is a member of the core team of the national high-end think tank of the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee on the construction of contemporary world socialism. He has presided over and participated in more than 30 national projects, including two National Social Science Fund of China projects. Fifteen consultation reports were provided to the party, the government and research institutions, including two positive instructions from the central leadership and four positive instructions from provincial and ministerial leaders. He won the second and third prizes for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City.
