姬超 经济学博士、政治学博士后，许昌学院教授。近年来致力于经济增长与政府治理的互动研究，积累了较为丰富的跨学科研究经验。先后主持完成国家社科基金项目、中国博士后科学基金项目等多项国家和省部级项目，发表论文数十篇。
