出土简牍中的日书材料是可施用于现实生活之中，包括大量日常活动与生活经验的民间指示选择之书。其兼顾应用性与理论性，由独立篇章组成并多附图表。简牍日书反映出秦汉时期社会生活的诸多方面，具有丰富的历史文化内涵。其有别于以往传世文献中政治制度史的上层观察，是以下层视角来透视秦汉社会史的崭新尝试。通过研究简牍日书的性质与内容、所见家庭问题、所见社会群体、所见记时问题，明确其主要特点、思想根源、消亡历程、双向影响，不仅有助于展现鲜活生动的秦汉社会图景，更可开拓中国古代史的考察空间，为日后相关问题的延展奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract

The daybook manuscripts in the unearthed bamboo slips are folk instructions and choices that can be applied to real life,including a large number of daily activities and life experiences.It combines both practical and theoretical aspects,consisting of independent chapters with multiple charts attached.The daybook manuscripts reflect many aspects of social life during the Qin and Han dynasties,and have rich historical and cultural connotations.It is different from the upper level observation of political system history in previous literature,and is a new attempt to perspective the social history of Qin and Han dynasties from the following perspectives.By studying the nature and content,family issues,social groups,and chronological issues of daybook manuscripts,we can clarify its main characteristics,ideological roots,extinction process,and two-way influence.This not only helps to present a vivid picture of Qin and Han society,but also opens up space for the investigation of ancient Chinese history,laying a solid foundation for the extension of related issues in the future.
