敦煌文獻中保存有數量不少的蒙書寫卷，其中既有流傳至今的《千字文》、《蒙求》，也有《開蒙要訓》、《俗務要名林》、《雜集時用要字》、《太公家教》等後世不傳的古逸書。前一類人們關注較多，也取得了不少成果。後一類，《俗務要名林》、《雜集時用要字》等，因具有字書之功用，人們也投入了相對多的精力；而對於《開蒙要訓》，大家的關注則相對較少。實則《開蒙要訓》作爲民間雜字書的“先祖”，所代表的是與《千字文》等相輔而行的另一類識字教材，值得我們重視。本書以敦煌文獻中的《開蒙要訓》爲研究對象，對其進行全面的研究。具體而言，主要涉及以下内容：第一，從唐五代時期敦煌地區的教育狀況入手，探討敦煌本《開蒙要訓》大量産生的時代背景。第二，考察《開蒙要訓》的作者與時代、形式與内容及研究狀況，闡明敦煌本《開蒙要訓》的研究價值。第三，通過對敦煌文獻的全面調查，認定敦煌文獻中《開蒙要訓》寫卷達79件（包括前人未曾定名或未曾著録的殘片30件），並把34件殘片綴合爲8卷。同時對這些寫卷，逐一加以敘録。在此基礎上，對敦煌本《開蒙要訓》的抄寫體系進行梳理，認爲敦煌本《開蒙要訓》包含五個傳抄系統。第四，對敦煌本《開蒙要訓》的大量異文進行了系統的分類整理，對這些異文的類型、産生原因及價值進行了初步探討。第五，從收字用韻、内容層次及對後世的影響等角度切入，把《開蒙要訓》與《千字文》加以比較，試圖探討這兩種童蒙讀物之間的聯繫和區别。本書下編則對敦煌本《開蒙要訓》進行了詳細校注，希望爲學界提供一個可資利用的《開蒙要訓》定本。關鍵詞：敦煌文獻 開蒙要訓 通論 校注

Many reading books for children are kept in Dunhuang（敦煌）Manuscripts. Besides Qianziwen（千字文），Mengqiu（蒙求），Taigongjiajiao（太公家教），which are handed down，many books which have been lost，such as Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓），Suwuyaominglin（俗務要名林），Zajishiyongyaozi（雜集時用要字），are included in Dunhuang Manuscripts. Most scholars，achieving considerable advances，focus on the study of the former style，or on Suwuyaominglin（俗務要名林），Zajishiyongyaozi（雜集時用要字），which can be used as dictionaries. Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓），the ancestor of the common people's reading books，has not been paid enough attention it should be paid.The book，consisted of two parts，carries out study on Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓）manuscripts. Firstly，we review the educational backgrounds of Dunhuang（敦煌）of Tang and Five Dynasties. Secondly，we introduce related information about Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓），such as，the author，the creative age，the form，the content，the value and the present study situations. Thirdly，based on the general survey of Dunhuang（敦煌）Manuscripts，we find79pieces of Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓）manuscripts，including30pieces，which are originally recognized by us，and present the state of them fully and clearly. At the same time we patch up34pieces of them into8texts and get5copying system of Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓）. Furtherly，we discuss the style，the cause and the value of the variant expressions of Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓）in detail. At the last part of part one，we compare Kaimengyaoxun（開蒙要訓）with Qanziwen（千字文），another children reading book，to reveal the differences between them.
