以高铁为针大地为衣把区域经济重新缝合。根据最新《中长期铁路网规划》,我国高速铁路2020年将达到3万公里,2025年达到3.8万公里左右,2030年基本实现省会高铁连通、地市快速通达、县域基本覆盖,高铁真正成为牵引力巨大的“火车头”、转变发展方式的“新杠杆”。同时,国家在提出东部率先发展、中部崛起、西部开发、东北等老工业基地振兴并积极推进全国主体功能区规划的同时,相继出台了近百个区域发展战略规划,这些发展战略已经和正在加速改变中国经济地理版图。本书围绕高铁压缩时空距离、重构产业和城镇化格局、影响人们生产生活方式并重塑中国经济地理格局这一主线,利用政策评估、案例比较、国际经验借鉴等实证研究方法,研究了高铁网络建设对中国区域经济地理格局变化的影响,并探讨了如何打造我国高铁沿线现代服务业集聚带,进一步推动高铁网络与区域经济更高层级上的互动。

With high-speed rail as the needle, the earth as the clothing, and the regional economy is re-stitched. According to the latest "medium and long-term railway network planning", China's high-speed railway will reach 30,000 kilometers in 2020 and about 38,000 kilometers in 2025, and basically realize the high-speed rail connection of provincial capitals, rapid access to prefectures and cities, and basic coverage of counties in 2030, and high-speed rail will truly become a "locomotive" with huge traction and a "new lever" for transforming the development mode. At the same time, while proposing the revitalization of old industrial bases such as the development of the east, the rise of the central region, the development of the west, and the northeast, and actively promoting the planning of the main functional areas of the country, the state has successively introduced nearly 100 regional development strategy plans, which have accelerated the change of China's economic geographical map. Focusing on the main line of high-speed rail compressing time and space distance, reconstructing the industrial and urbanization pattern, influencing people's production and lifestyle, and reshaping China's economic geographical pattern, this book studies the impact of high-speed rail network construction on the changes of China's regional economic geography by using empirical research methods such as policy evaluation, case comparison, and international experience reference, and discusses how to build a modern service industry agglomeration belt along China's high-speed rail line to further promote the interaction between high-speed rail network and regional economy at a higher level.(AI翻译)
