课程改革成功与否,教师是关键。教师在课程改革中的理念、态度、行为和表现,无不取决于他们的课程观。本书以课程观为核心,以提高教师专业能力、深化课程改革为目标,基于我国社会文化脉络下教师的课程理解特征,界定了我国中小学教师课程观的六种取向及其内涵。针对我国不同地区经济社会的不平衡性,运用自行设计的量表和深度访谈,对东部、中部和西部地区教师的课程观形态进行调查及比较分析,揭示了中小学教师课程观的整体形态、构成特点与形成历程。在实证调查基础上,分析及解决课程观实践转化中的异化问题,并提出培养和树立发展性课程观是课程观转型的时代主题与逻辑路向,勾勒出未来课程观的发展愿景,进而建立起中小学教师课程观的发展方法论与理论架构。

Teachers are key to the success of curriculum reform. Teachers' philosophies, attitudes, behaviors and performance in curriculum reform all depend on their views on the curriculum. This book takes the curriculum concept as the core, aims to improve teachers' professional ability and deepen curriculum reform, and defines six orientations and connotations of China's primary and secondary school teachers' curriculum view based on the characteristics of teachers' curriculum understanding in the context of China's society and culture. In view of the imbalance of economy and society in different regions of China, the self-designed scales and in-depth interviews were used to investigate and compare the curriculum outlook of teachers in the eastern, central and western regions, and revealed the overall form, composition characteristics and formation process of the curriculum outlook of primary and secondary school teachers. On the basis of empirical investigation, this paper analyzes and solves the problem of alienation in the practical transformation of curriculum view, and puts forward that cultivating and establishing a developmental curriculum view is the theme and logical direction of the era for the transformation of curriculum view, outlines the development vision of future curriculum view, and then establishes the development methodology and theoretical framework of curriculum view for primary and secondary school teachers.(AI翻译)
