作为当今世界最重要的经济现象，对外直接投资在一国经济发展过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。世界经济的兴衰更替，往往也伴随着对外直接投资的发展。在过去四百年里，世界经济发展跌宕起伏，此消彼长，世界经济重心从英国、德国、美国一路转移，直到日本、亚洲四小龙，再到今天的中国乃至所谓的“金砖国家”经济体，这其中对外直接投资一直如影相随。

在有关对外直接投资对母国经济影响研究中，早期研究侧重对外直接投资对一国经济的整体影响，如对国内就业、出口贸易、产业结构、技术和国际收支等方面，这些影响，既有正面的，也有负面的，而且主要是理论方面的研究。而近期研究则侧重于对外直接投资对一国内部经济的具体影响，甚至细分到地域，而且研究内容更加实证化。

近年来，随着“走出去”战略的实施，中国企业对外直接投资的规模越来越大。统计显示2014年，中国企业对外直接投资高达1160亿美元，超过中国利用外资规模，中国已经成为资本的净输出国。对外直接投资对中国国内经济的影响日益显现，在此背景下，本书以“中国企业对外直接投资对国内经济影响的理论分析与实证检验”为题，力求就中国省域的对外直接投资展开相关实证研究。

本书是在笔者主持的国家社会科学基金项目“中国企业对外直接投资对国内经济影响的理论分析与实证检验”（10XJY036）基础上修改而成的。在项目的实施过程中，我们采取了团队合作、分步推进的方式。除本人外，其他人员撰稿分工如下：丁伟（研究生，现任职于中国农业银行重庆市北碚区支行）：第二章、第三章以及第五章部分；高和（研究生，现任职于晋商银行晋阳分行）：第四章、第五章部分及第六章；姚山（博士生，现就读于四川大学）：第七章。另外，我所指导的研究生谭庆国（现就职于中国农业银行重庆市忠县支行）、扬琴等也参与了研究所需资料的收集与整理等工作，在此一并感谢。当然，由于时间和精力有限，难免出现瑕疵，对于本书中可能存在的遗漏与错误，欢迎读者批评指正。

Statistics show that in 2014, the outward direct investment of Chinese enterprises reached US$116 billion, surpassing the scale of foreign capital used by China, and China has become a net exporter of capital. Against the background of the increasingly obvious impact of OFDI on China's domestic economy, this book aims to carry out relevant empirical research on China's provincial OFDI under the title "Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test of the Impact of Chinese Enterprises' OFDI on the Domestic Economy". This book is revised on the basis of the National Social Science Foundation of China's project "Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test of the Impact of Chinese Enterprises' Outward Direct Investment on the Domestic Economy" (10XJY036). During the implementation of the project, we adopted a team-by-step, step-by-step approach.
