有人说，谁能将中国新时期三十多年的发展奇迹阐释清楚，谁就能荣膺诺贝尔奖。改革开放以来，在中国特色社会主义理论的引领之下，浙江人民发扬与时俱进的“浙江精神”，在经济社会发展各方面创造了历史性的辉煌，走出了一条富有时代特征、中国特色、浙江特点的发展道路，使浙江成为中国市场经济、县域经济都十分发达的省份。当前在省委省政府的领导下，浙江社会各界高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，全面实施“八八战略”和“创业富民、创新强省”总战略，继续解放思想，深化改革开放，加快全面建设惠及全省人民的小康社会，为建设“物质富裕、精神富有”的现代化浙江而奋斗。浙江改革开放和经济社会发展的生动实践，是一个理论研究和理论创新的“富矿”，也是浙江人文社会科学研究的宝贵财富。

经济社会的发展，与特定地区的精神文化传统相关，因此，对引领浙江市场经济大潮的“浙江精神”的研究、对浙江传统历史人文的研究，也构成了一个古典与现代相结合的富有深刻内容的研究领域。此外，浙江乃至中国的改革开放历程，也大大拓展了马克思主义的研究视野，因此对马列理论进行现代阐释也是一项重要工作。另外，人文社会科学的研究最终是为时代所用，指导社会经济和生活实践，并提高国民的文化素质。因此，将当代社会科学研究的成果转化成可操作的政策建议，以及人民群众喜闻乐见的表述，既是学术研究工作的延续，也是时代赋予我们人文社会科学研究人员的一项历史使命。

正是在这样的理论背景与现实需求下，浙江省社会科学界联合会作为省委省政府联系人文社会科学工作者的桥梁纽带，作为全省人文社会科学领域的组织协调机构，围绕理论研究、社科普及、成果转化、机制建设、队伍建设五大重点工作，有针对性地进行了组织、协调、管理、推动工作。繁荣和发展人文社会科学，打造当代浙江学术品牌，突出重点，进一步创新工作机制，努力创建科学发展的新格局，推进社科事业新发展。我们积极培育和提升了浙江文化研究工程、学术年会、重点基地建设、策论研讨、浙江人文大讲堂、科普周等工作品牌，组织和动员了各教学科研单位与学术团体以及广大社会科学工作者，为浙江的经济社会发展和文化大省建设服务，为繁荣发展浙江的人文社会科学事业服务，为建设“物质富裕、精神富有”的现代化浙江服务。在各方面的共同努力下，浙江的人文社会科学研究继承和发扬了自古以来的优秀学术传统，呈现出成果较多、质量较好、气氛活跃、前景喜人的特点。

人文社会科学研究成果要获得社会承认，为社会所用，将学术成果出版是首要环节。但是由于学术作品具有很强的外部性，往往存在出版难的问题。因此，资助我省学者的优秀学术著作出版，是浙江省社会科学界联合会的一项重要工作。自2000年以来，在省委省政府的支持下，我省设立了“浙江省省级社会科学学术著作出版资金”，截至2012年，已资助了524部学术著作出版，有效地缓解了学术著作出版难的问题。

为了集中展示当代浙江学者的学术研究成果，从2006年起，我们在获得资助的书稿中，由出版资助评审委员会遴选部分书稿，给予全额资助，以“当代浙江学术文丛”（《光明文库》）系列丛书的方式，分期分批出版。从2011年开始，我们将获得全额资助和部分资助的书稿，统一纳入《当代浙江学术文库》系列，并得到了中国社会科学出版社的全力支持。全额资助的《当代浙江学术文库》系列丛书编委会成员，由当年的出版资助评审委员会成员组成。

《当代浙江学术文库》的出版，是浙江省社会科学界联合会集中推出学术精品，集中展示学术成果的重要探索，其学术质量，有赖于我省学人的创造性研究。事实上，当代浙江的人文社科学者，既要深入研究、努力传承和弘扬学术思想的优秀传统，又要立足于浙江经济社会发展的生动实践，力创学术精品，力促学术创新和学术繁荣，自觉服务浙江的改革发展大局。我深信，《当代浙江学术文库》的出版，对于我们坚持学术标准，扶持学术精品，推进学术创新，打造当代浙江学术品牌，一定会产生积极的影响；对于我们研究、阐释改革开放三十多年来的发展奇迹，总结、探索科学发展的路径，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，着力推进建设“物质富裕、精神富有”的现代化浙江，一定会产生积极的作用。

In addition, the reform and opening up process of Zhejiang and even China has also greatly expanded the research horizon of Marxism, so the modern interpretation of Marxism-Leninism theory is also an important task. In addition, the study of the humanities and social sciences is ultimately used by the times, guiding socio-economic and life practices, and improving the cultural quality of the people. Therefore, transforming the achievements of contemporary social science research into actionable policy recommendations and expressions that the people like to hear and see is not only a continuation of academic research work, but also a historical mission entrusted by the times to our humanities and social science researchers. It is precisely under such a theoretical background and practical needs that the Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences, as a bridge between the provincial party committee and the provincial government and humanities and social science workers, and as an organization and coordination agency in the field of humanities and social sciences in the province, has carried out targeted organization, coordination, management and promotion work around the five key tasks of theoretical research, popularization of social sciences, transformation of achievements, mechanism construction and team building. Prosper and develop the humanities and social sciences, build a contemporary academic brand of Zhejiang, highlight key points, further innovate the working mechanism, strive to create a new pattern of scientific development, and promote the new development of social sciences. We have actively cultivated and enhanced Zhejiang cultural research projects, academic annual conferences, key base construction, policy seminars, Zhejiang Humanities Lecture Hall, Science Popularization Week and other work brands, organized and mobilized various teaching and scientific research units and academic groups as well as the vast number of social science workers, to serve Zhejiang's economic and social development and the construction of a large cultural province, to serve the prosperity and development of Zhejiang's humanities and social sciences, and to build a modern Zhejiang that is "materially rich and spiritually rich". With the joint efforts of all parties, Zhejiang's humanities and social science research has inherited and carried forward the excellent academic tradition since ancient times, showing the characteristics of more achievements, better quality, active atmosphere and gratifying prospects. The results of humanities and social science research should be recognized by society and used by society, and the publication of academic results is the primary link. However, due to the strong externalities of academic works, there is often the problem of difficulty in publishing. Therefore, funding the publication of excellent academic works by scholars in our province is an important work of the Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences. Since 2000, with the support of the provincial party committee and government, our province has set up the "Zhejiang Provincial Social Science Academic Works Publishing Fund", and as of 2012, 524 academic works have been funded, effectively alleviating the problem of difficulty in publishing academic works. In order to focus on the academic research achievements of contemporary Zhejiang scholars, since 2006, some of the manuscripts selected by the Publication Grant Review Committee have been fully funded and published in installments and batches in the form of the "Contemporary Zhejiang Academic Series" (Guangming Wenku) series. Since 2011, we have consolidated the fully funded and partially funded manuscripts into the "Contemporary Zhejiang Academic Library" series, and received the full support of China Social Sciences Press. The members of the editorial board of the fully funded "Contemporary Zhejiang Academic Library" series are composed of the members of the publication grant review committee of that year. The publication of "Contemporary Zhejiang Academic Library" is an important exploration of Zhejiang Social Science Association to launch academic masterpieces and display academic achievements, and its academic quality depends on the creative research of scholars in our province. In fact, contemporary Zhejiang humanities and social sciences should not only conduct in-depth research, strive to inherit and carry forward the excellent tradition of academic thought, but also base themselves on the vivid practice of Zhejiang's economic and social development, strive to create academic excellence, promote academic innovation and academic prosperity, and consciously serve the overall situation of Zhejiang's reform and development.
