党的十八届三中全会通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》，为全面建成小康社会，进而建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦指明了前进方向，对全党的学习能力、创造能力提出了新的更高要求。中央国家机关担负着从宏观上管理国家政治、经济、文化和社会事务的职能，在贯彻落实中央全面深化改革各项举措中发挥着关键作用，青年干部直接参与机关各项重要方针政策的制定和实施，抓好自身读书学习，提升综合能力，在更好地履职尽责方面具有特殊重要性。

中国科学院、中国工程院院士，中国社会科学院学部委员在专业领域有着极深的造诣，在人生感悟方面有着独到的见解，其深厚扎实的理论功底、严谨诚实的治学态度、奖掖后进甘为人梯的献身精神是全社会宝贵的精神财富，更是中央国家机关青年干部学习的榜样。2013年以来，中央国家机关团工委联合有关部门共同开展了“与院士面对面”活动，让机关青年走进大师的精神世界，仰大师之德，循大师之行，习大师之学，在院士、学部委员人格魅力感染下和高屋建瓴启迪下，形成“中国梦”的传承和共识。各位专家或谦和儒雅，或犀利睿智，举重若轻、信手拈来，让青年干部在润物无声中感受到了知识、真理和智慧的魅力。

活动开展一段时间后，为扩大活动影响力，让更多的青年干部受益，中央国家机关团工委将前11期专家座谈内容编辑成书。青年干部向院士、学部委员学什么?怎么学?在图书即将付印之际，我简单谈一些看法。

从他们矢志报国的奋斗志向上，青年干部要学会“忠诚”二字。两院院士、学部委员都经历了党领导下的新中国建设和改革开放的历史时期，其中有一部分还出生在战火纷飞的革命战争年代，对新旧两个社会的对比尤为强烈。他们的字里行间，无不透露出对党的无比忠诚，对社会主义新中国的无比热爱，对中国特色社会主义的无比认同。他们成长求学的历程中，始终把在党的领导下求学报国作为自己的不懈追求，很多人都有放弃国外优越条件回国创业的经历。青年干部要认真感悟这种对党、对国家、对人民无比忠诚的信念，将自身的志向与中国特色社会主义事业结合起来，将个人的理想和追求融入到党和人民的事业之中，融入到国家社会发展的大局之中，在践行为人民服务宗旨的同时，实现自身价值。

从他们攻坚克难的求学经历上，青年干部要学会“坚韧”二字。两院院士、学部委员都在各自领域取得了巨大成就。纵观他们的求学历程，无不伴随着心血和汗水，忍受着孤独与寂寞，都有过一段艰难跋涉的奋斗历程。没有锲而不舍的毅力，不愿付出艰辛于他人数倍的努力，不靠一点一滴量的积累，涓滴成流，聚沙成塔，是不能做成事业的。古人云:“世之奇伟、瑰怪、非常之观，常在于险远，而人之所罕至焉，故非有志者不能至也。”聆听他们的求学历程，可以使青年干部去掉身上的骄娇二气，扑下身子做工作，脚踏实地干事业，立足本职岗位建功立业。

从他们低调平和的人生态度上，青年干部要学会“谦逊”二字。两院院士、学部委员德高望重，科研和管理工作十分繁忙，但都欣然答应参加青年活动，实在无法拨冗出席的，也再三表示歉意。在和青年干部交流中，总是带着谦逊平和的态度和大家平等交流。对于青年人提出的一些不成熟的观点和见解，总是先肯定其中的可取之处，再耐心予以解答，从不轻易否定。与他们面对面，如饮醇酒，如沐春风，让人沉醉在大师风采当中。中央国家机关青年干部受教育程度高，综合素质强，志向远大，但涉世未深，磨炼不足，缺乏经验，往往产生“世人皆睡，唯我独醒”的孤傲感。青年干部要以院士、学部委员为榜样，做到谦逊低调，静下心、沉住气、凝住神、抓住本，踏踏实实走好人生每一步。

青年成才贵在立学。当今时代是信息博弈的时代，知识更新迅猛，世界变化日新月异，唯有不断学习充实头脑，才能跟上社会发展的步伐。对于青年干部而言，其知识水平和不断学习新知识的能力，更是评价一个人是否适应岗位需求的重要标准。我衷心地期望中央国家机关青年干部在和院士、学部委员面对面中不断完善自己，更好地肩负起时代赋予的历史重任。
