奏议文是中国古代文章之大宗,具有重要的研究价值。本书旨在考察中国古代奏议文之渊源、生成与发展,对其文类概念、研究范围与文体特点做出明确界定,并以秦汉魏晋南北朝为中心,对奏议文与相关文体以及奏议类主要名目作文体辨析。
本书认为,奏议文是中国古代社会秦汉至明清时期,中央臣僚以及中央派出的地方长官在行使其参政权、议政权时向君主进呈的陈请或论议文书。奏议文是中国古代官僚政治制度、礼乐文化之产物,其内在属性是“君臣名分”,外在特征是“进御性”。中国古代奏议文孕育于先秦时期,至秦代正式生成。汉魏六朝时期,奏议文集的编纂与奏议文体的研究促成奏议文类观念的形成。明清时期,奏议文体研究渐趋深入,至姚鼐《古文辞类篡》出,“奏议”之名终得以立。
本书文体辨析部分将奏议文与制诏、上书、连珠等相关文体进行比较,以考察奏议文之文体功能与文体特点,并对奏议类主要名目“章”“表”“奏”“议”“疏”“启”“对策”“封事”等加以辨析,考察其文体格式、文体功用、文体特点及发展变化。本书创新之处在于从文体生成的角度对奏议文作较为细致的名实考辨,对奏议类主要名目作较为细致的文体辨析。
It is a large collection of ancient Chinese texts and has important research value. This book aims to investigate the origin, generation and development of ancient Chinese recital texts, clearly define their literary concepts, research scope and stylistic characteristics, and focus on the Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, and analyze the composition styles of recitals and related genres and the main names of music. This book argues that the text is a document of request or discussion submitted to the monarch by the central ministers and local governors sent by the central government during the Qin, Han and Ming and Qing dynasties in ancient Chinese society. It is a product of the ancient Chinese bureaucratic political system and etiquette culture, and its internal attribute is "the name of the monarch" and its external feature is "the nature of the imperial court". The ancient Chinese texts were conceived in the pre-Qin period and officially formed in the Qin dynasty.
