Based the analysis and identification upon previous academic research conducted by the other scholars，this thesis attempts to probe into the origin，formation and development of theory of Islamic human rights with various methodologies，which are historic view，relevant and comprehensive perspectives. Having taken into account the histories of most Islamic countries，the author makes endeavors to track down the status quo and the disciplines of Islamic human rights. Still，the thesis analyzes the current situations of human rights in respective country，putting much emphasis upon a new horizon which is to combine history with reality，part with oneness，dissection with summarization of individual cases，and common with special，so as to acquire a more synthesized and multi-angled research concerning Islamic human rights. Meanwhile，the orbit and general characteristics of the history of Islamic human rights could be manifested through further contemplating and analyzing.

This article has five conclusions：firstly，the contemporary theories of Islamic human rights has gone through the process of theorization and codification，and this process is to assimilate traditional religious ethics into modern human rights with its own religious system and formal type. With the pressure undertake by Islamic world from internal and external environment，the development of Islamic democracy experienced an arduous times. secondly，the clue of Islamic human rights’ development symbolizes a relationship in Islamic world，due to territorial culture，each Muslim country manifests flexible or strict attitudes，the reason is that different religious schools has their own religious traditions. Obviously，these characteristic appears to be in Islamic family laws and personal law promulgated by various Muslim countries safeguarding women’s rights. Thirdly，Islamic reviving movement plays a significant role in forming and developing the Islamic theories of human rights. During the course of reviving，women are gradually increasing their awareness of female rights .conservative Islamic followers also seek their legalization of politics endowed with the rights from law .objectively acknowledging the idea of international human rights. fourthly，Islamic human rights theories is under the process of development .and its ethic dimension is widening .it contrasts to the ideas form western scholar that Islamic culture is incompatible with human rights .actually，the development of Islamic human rights，which has changed the international human rights into microcosmic and locality，provides a reference for exploring the rule s of international human rights with the compatibility of various cultures . Fifthly，the theory of Islamic human rights is not always the same，different Islamic country have their own culture、systems and current situations，this makes the practice of human rights，and the solutions of human rights issues have difference.
