中国（南方）智库论坛是贯彻落实《广东省建设文化强省规划纲要（2011—2020年）》和《广东省哲学社会科学“十二五”发展规划》，由中共广东省委宣传部、广东省社会科学界联合会共同发起的高端智库。论坛研究成果主要以论文集的形式呈现，五年来累积汇集学术论文及专著三百余篇，内容涵盖宏观经济规划、产业政策制定、机构机制改革、产业转型升级、扩大开放以及智库自身建设发展等多个领域。论坛发展至今，已逐步建立起智库品牌公信力与影响力，成为政、商、学界交流对话的重要平台，为实现广东“三个定位，两个率先”总目标作出了应有的贡献。

The China (South) Think Tank Forum is a high-end think tank jointly initiated by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and the Guangdong Federation of Social Sciences to implement the "Outline of the Plan for Building a Culturally Strong Province in Guangdong Province (2011-2020)" and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Guangdong Province". The research results of the forum are mainly presented in the form of a collection of papers, and in the past five years, more than 300 academic papers and monographs have been collected, covering macroeconomic planning, industrial policy formulation, institutional mechanism reform, industrial transformation and upgrading, expansion of opening up, and the construction and development of think tanks themselves. Since its development, the forum has gradually established the credibility and influence of the think tank brand, become an important platform for exchanges and dialogues among government, business and academia, and made due contributions to the realization of Guangdong's overall goal of "three positioning, two first".（AI翻译）
