我国海外产业园区经过20多年发展，为带动国内企业“走出去”，推动国际产能合作，促进“一带一路”沿线国家工业化、产业升级和双边经贸政治文化关系发展作出了积极贡献，成为共建“一带一路”、构建人类命运共同体的重要平台。

本报告全面系统搜集整理了1995年以来我国企业创办的183个海外产业园区资料，详细描绘其历史演进轨迹及空间分布变化情况；通过比较“一带一路”建设实施前后海外园区发生的重大变化，阐述“一带一路”倡议带来的深刻影响；结合新加坡、日本、印尼、泰国、马来西亚等国实践经验，深入剖析当前我国海外产业园区面临的新问题和新挑战；在此基础上，提出了完善现行政策措施的建议。

After more than 20 years of development, China's overseas industrial parks have made positive contributions to driving domestic enterprises to "go global", promoting international production capacity cooperation, promoting industrialization, industrial upgrading and the development of bilateral economic, trade, political and cultural relations in countries along the "Belt and Road", and becoming an important platform for jointly building the "Belt and Road" and building a community with a shared future for mankind. This report comprehensively and systematically collects and organizes the data of 183 overseas industrial parks founded by Chinese enterprises since 1995, and describes their historical evolution trajectories and spatial distribution changes in detail. By comparing the major changes in overseas parks before and after the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, this paper explains the profound impact of the Belt and Road Initiative; Combined with the practical experience of Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries, this paper deeply analyzes the new problems and challenges faced by China's overseas industrial parks; On this basis, suggestions are put forward to improve the existing policy measures.（AI翻译）
