摘要：中国和伊朗友好交往的历史和相互需求的现实为双方共建“一带一路”打下了坚实的基础，并使伊朗成为“一带一路”建设中的重要支点国家。中国和伊朗经济互补性强，并且有长期合作的基础和共同的发展需求，有利于双边共建“一带一路”。中伊全面战略伙伴关系的确立将中伊关系推向新高度，双方共建“一带一路”迎来了新机遇。中伊共建“一带一路”也面临着严峻的现实问题，困难和风险不容忽视。抓住新机遇，从问题入手，控制风险，是中国和伊朗共建“一带一路”的关键。

Abstract: The history of friendly exchanges between China and Iran and the reality of mutual needs have laid a solid foundation for jointly building“the Belt and Road,and make Iran a key node country in“the Belt and Road”construction.Sino-Iranian bilateral economies are highly complementary,having a long-term basis for cooperation and common development needs.These conditions are favorable for building the“Belt and Road”.The establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Iran takes Sino-Iranian relations to a new height and brings new opportunities for jointly build“the Belt and Road”.There are serious practical problems during jointly build“the Belt and Road”now.The difficulties and risks can not be ignored.It is the key for China and Iran jointly build“the Belt and Road”to seize new opportunities,find problems and control risks.
