摘要：2018年上半年，中国工业生产超预期增长，但结构分化。西部地区工业持续走低；东北地区工业延续整体向好态势，但内部工业分化。工业投资增速下降，但结构优化。工业出口波动加剧，整体增速放缓。工业利润增速加快，但行业分化。当前，国际环境不稳定、不确定因素仍然存在，国内经济正处在结构调整的过渡期，面临不少隐忧和挑战，短期内工业企业偿债能力下降，预计下半年中国工业面临较大的下行压力。在当前经济形势下，更要坚持战略定力，坚定不移地推动新一轮改革开放；坚持自主创新，质量优先，强化制造业的支柱地位，不断向制造业强国迈进。

Abstract: In the first half of 2018,China's industrial production grew faster than expected but its structure was divided,the industry in the west China continued to decline,while the industrial in the northeast China continued to maintain a good overall situation but the internal industry was divided,the growth rate of industrial investment declined but the structure was optimized,industrial export fluctuations increased and overall growth slowed,Industrial profit growth accelerated but the industry divided.At present,we should also realize that the international environment is still unstable and uncertain,the domestic economy is in a period of structural adjustment,there are still many problems in China's economic operation,which showed the solvency of industrial enterprises declined in the short term,China's industry is expected to face greater downward pressure in the second half of the year.Under the current economic situation,we should persist in strategic determination,unswervingly push forward the new round of reform and opening up,persist in independent innovation,give priority to quality,strengthen the pillar position of the manufacturing industry,and continue to advance to a strong manufacturing country.
