The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the in-depth implementation of east-west poverty alleviation cooperation, focusing on overcoming the task of poverty alleviation in deeply impoverished areas, ensuring that the battle against poverty will be resolutely won in 2020, and all poverty-stricken counties across the country will be removed to solve regional overall poverty.
