Abstract

Empirical research is an important direction of the development of legal studies,and the investigation of the national conditions of the rule of law is the basis of doing a good job in empirical legal research.The evaluation of the rule of law index is an important means to promote the practice of the rule of law,and the think tank report is an important carrier of the results of empirical legal research.This book selected the main think tank reports on the evaluation of the rule of law index and the investigation of the situation of the country under the rule of law completed by the Center for National Law Index of Rule of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Law Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,which is divided into three parts to show the development of the rule of law in related fields.The first part carried out thirdparty evaluations in the fields of government information and government affairs publicity,government information publicity work annual report publication,standard publicity and so on.Around the basic solution to the difficulty of execution and the construction of court informatization,the second part made a phased assessment of the implementation of the people's court in 2016,comprehensively analyzes the application and exploration of Shandong provincial court informatization construction,and refined and summarized relevant experience.The third part chose Sichuan Province,Zhuhai City and Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province,and investigates the local practice and innovation of rule of law with local characteristics under the guidance of the central top-level design,which provides a reference sample for the construction of rule of law in other parts of the country.
