高等院校是中国管理学研究的核心主体，其专业研究能力和水平，在很大程度上会影响中国管理学的发展进程。本研究在2012—2013年管理学研究力评价报告的基础上，进一步理清论文分类的结构和内涵，对比2014年和2015年的数据，对250多所高等院校在管理学整体，工商管理及其子学科即企业理论与管理理论、战略管理、财务管理、市场营销管理、创新管理、组织与运营管理、人力资源管理、企业文化与社会责任，以及管理科学与工程方面的研究力进行了详细的评价，评估研究力指数和排名的变化，为中国高等院校提升管理学研究力提供参考。

Abstract：This research evaluates the management research capability of China’s colleges and universities，and establishes an Index of that based on the quantity and quality of management academic papers published on13authoritative and core journals of China. The research results show that，in2013，the“top ten”colleges and universities in comprehensive research capability are Nankai University，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，Renmin University of China，Tsing-hua University，Nanjing University，Xi’an Jiaotong University，University of Electronic Science and Technology of China，Xiamen University，Jinan University，and Wuhan University；the“top ten”in business administration research capability are Nankai University，Renmin University of China，Tsinghua University，Nanjing University，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，Jinan University，Sun Yat-sen University，Xiamen University，Wuhan University，and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics；the“top ten”in management science and engineering research capability are University of Electronic Science and Technology of China，Xi’an Jiaotong University，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，Nankai University，Harbin Institute of Technology，Chongqing University，Tsinghua University，University of Science and Technology of China，Dalian University of Technology，and Southeast University；and the colleges and universities ranking in the first place in corporation theory research，strategic management research，financial management research，marketing management research，innovation management research，organizational management research，human resource management research，enterprise culture and corporate social responsibility research are Jinan University，Nankai University，Xiamen University，Xi’an Jiaotong University，Zhejiang University，Dongbei University of Finance and Economics，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China，respectively. Additionally，the research finds that the research capability of China’s colleges and universities has four aspects of characteristics，Which are highly centralized research capability，differentiation in the bodies with advantageous disciplines，significant differences in the research capability of different colleges and universities，and research capability decreasing as a whole.Key words：management，business administration，management science and engineering，research capability
