摘要：随着经济不断发展，社会不断进步，企业行为不再局限于对经济利益的追求，而是逐渐侧重于社会效益的实现。企业社会责任是企业与政府、社会、环境等利益相关方建立联系的重要渠道。企业社会责任的履行既是企业发展战略走向成熟的体现，也是企业实现可持续发展的保障。随着全球化程度的加深，中国改革开放步入深水区，“走出去”的中资企业面临着“走进去”的需求和挑战，尤其是在经济发展问题与社会环境问题交织并存的非洲，中资企业不仅是经济行为体，而且扮演着“社会责任承担者”的重要角色。中资企业在非洲社会责任的履行，一方面有助于企业与当地社会建立良性互动，进而实现长远发展，另一方面有利于树立中国负责任大国形象，从而在全球治理中发挥积极作用，做出更大贡献。与此同时，随着中国逐渐走向国际舞台中央，国际社会密切关注中资企业在非的履责情况，中资企业在非的不当经济行为容易引起国际舆论的批评。在这一国际环境下，提高中资企业履责意识、宣传中资企业履责成绩、分享中资企业履责经验十分必要，且意义重大。

本书首先通过时代背景的描述分析中资企业非洲履责的重要性，并回顾了非洲社会责任发展历程，概括了海外中资企业履责现状。接下来，本书结合优秀企业的具体案例，从市场责任、社会责任、环境责任、责任管理四个方面对中资企业非洲履责实践进行总结。最后，本书针对企业履责实践中的不足提出了政策建议和意见。

Abstract:With the continuous development of economy and the constant progress of society,corporate behavior is no longer limited to the pursuit of economic interests,but gradually focuses on the realization of social benefits.Corporate Social Responsibility（CSR）is an important way for enterprises to establish contacts with stakeholders such as government,society and environment.The practice of corporate social responsibility reflects not only the maturity of enterprise development strategy,but also guarantees enterprises to achieve sustainable development.With the deepening of globalization,China's reform and opening up enters into the“deep water area”.Chinese enterprises encouraged by the policy“going out”are facing the demand and challenge of“going in”,especially in Africa,where the problems of economic development and social environment are intertwined.Chinese enterprises are not only economic actors,but also play the important role of“social responsibility bearers”.On the one hand,the implementation of the CSR in Africa contributes to the establishment of a benign interaction between the enterprises and the local society,so that to realize the long-term development.On the other hand,it is conducive to setting up the image of the responsible country for China,thus being in the favorable position in the global governance,playing a positive role and making greater contributions.At the same time,as China gradually moves towards the center of the international stage,the international community pays close attention to the performance of the Chinese enterprises in Africa and the incorrect and illegal economic behavior of the Chinese enterprises in the world will easily lead to the criticism of the international public opinion.In this international context,it is very important to improve the consciousness of Chinese enterprises,to disseminate the performance of the Chinese enterprises and to share the experience of the Chinese enterprises in the area of CSR.

This paper analyzes firstly the importance of CSR of Chinese enterprises in Africa through the description of the background,and reviews the history of the development of CSR in Africa,and summarizes the current situation of CSR of the oversea Chinese enterprises.Then,combined with the specific cases of outstanding enterprises,the paper summarizes the practice of CSR of Chinese enterprises in Africa in four aspects such as,market responsibility,social responsibility,environmental responsibility,responsibility management.Finally,the report puts forward policy suggestions according to the deficiencies in the practice of CSR.
