《中国司法公开第三方评估报告（2018）》系受最高人民法院委托，由国家法治指数研究中心以31个省、自治区和直辖市以及新疆生产建设兵团的部分法院为样本，对审判流程信息公开和裁判文书公开的情况进行第三方评估后形成的分析报告。评估结果显示，通过建设统一的审判流程信息公开平台和裁判文书公开平台，统一了全国法院的司法公开平台、公开标准，方便了公众查询。未来还应从细化公开标准、落实公开责任、提升平台运行效果等方面，进一步深化司法公开，以实现以公开促公正、以公正提公信的目的。

The "Third-Party Assessment Report on China's Judicial Disclosure (2018)" is an analysis report commissioned by the Supreme People's Court and formed by the National Rule of Law Index Research Center using 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as some courts of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, to conduct third-party assessments of the disclosure of trial process information and judgment documents. The evaluation results show that through the establishment of a unified platform for information disclosure of trial processes and a platform for disclosure of judgment documents, the judicial disclosure platform and disclosure standards of courts across the country have been unified, which has facilitated public inquiries.
