在集成和利用外部技术资源基础上的自主创新，是中国高铁得以迅猛发展的重要因素。中国高铁在一定程度上基于技术引进和集成创新的发展背景，使得中国高铁的出口面临专利方面的风险和隐忧。本书基于技术创新理论、风险理论、“反公地悲剧”理论和专利信息分析理论及方法，结合定性和定量研究，对中国高铁企业在高速列车出口中，可能面临的专利风险的来源及其影响进行分析，进而针对风险来源提出风险应对措施。

Independent innovation on the basis of integration and utilization of external technical resources is an important factor in the rapid development of China's high-speed railway. To a certain extent, China's high-speed rail is based on the development background of technology introduction and integrated innovation, which makes China's high-speed rail export face risks and hidden concerns in terms of patents. Based on technological innovation theory, risk theory, "anti-commons tragedy" theory and patent information analysis theory and method, this book analyzes the sources and impacts of patent risks that Chinese high-speed rail enterprises may face in the export of high-speed trains, and then proposes risk countermeasures for the sources of risks.（AI翻译）
