家族企业代际传承不仅是企业权杖在家族成员间传递的过程，同时也是家族企业治理机制有计划演进的过程。本课题对代际传承期间家族企业治理机制是如何演进以及代际传承如何影响家族所有权和管理权的安排与配置等问题进行了深入的理论探索和实践检验，突出了中国家族企业代际传承时期的治理机制和特色，探讨了代际传承过程中家族企业治理结构演进的路径，研究了家族企业为顺利传承而进行的财务安排的原则、方法和相应措施。这些研究成果有助于丰富我国家族企业的公司治理理论和代际传承理论。

The intergenerational inheritance of family business is not only the process of passing the corporate scepter among family members, but also the process of planned evolution of the family business governance mechanism. This project conducts in-depth theoretical exploration and practical tests on how the governance mechanism of family enterprises evolves during intergenerational inheritance and how intergenerational inheritance affects the arrangement and allocation of family ownership and management rights, highlights the governance mechanism and characteristics of Chinese family enterprises during the intergenerational inheritance period, discusses the evolution of the governance structure of family enterprises in the process of intergenerational inheritance, and studies the principles, methods and corresponding measures of financial arrangements for smooth inheritance of family enterprises. These research results are conducive to enriching the corporate governance theory and intergenerational inheritance theory of family enterprises in China.（AI翻译）
