政府新闻发言人是政府的代言人，是建立在政府与媒体之间的桥梁，是政府和公众沟通的重要纽带。语言是新闻发言人跟媒体和有关的人沟通的重要载体。发言人主要通过语言来发表意见，通过对方的语言等来了解自己发言的效果，也通过对方问话的用语来组织自己回答的用语，它不仅直接关系到信息交流的效果，而且关系到政府等的形象等诸多问题。所以，使用什么样的语言来解读政策、回答问题能使媒体和公众乐于接受，并且达到最佳的交际效果，是每一位新的政府新闻发言人应该认真思考和努力践行的重要问题。本书以新闻发言人的语言风格为研究对象，在发布会的交际环境下，按照人——语言——风格的思路阐释“新闻发言人”、“新闻发言人语言”、“新闻发言人语言风格”之间的关联。从人的角度来理解风格的本质，认为语言风格就是人的风格在语言上的一种体现。语言风格是源自内心的真诚和好的语言表达的结合，是语言使用者在交际中内在和外在高层次的反映和表达。本书主要侧重从人的个性角度谈风格，结合新闻发言人的语言状况，阐释为什么新闻发言人需要个性与风格。结合语言交际的实际情况，探讨个性与共性的关系、个性与合作的关系和对配合的理解，多角度来理解风格群。本书认为，风格是比较成熟的个性，风格有不同，但无好坏。凡是称得上风格的，都没有好坏之分，是发自人内心的真诚，是“得饶人处且饶人”，是与人为善、善待他人，是“诚于内而形于外”的诠释。风格有不同类型之分，同一类型里又有程度的不同。个性化、有风格的语言表达有助于人们的语言交际，有助于人们使用语言进行合作，有助于人们使用语言和社会发展的相互促进。在交际中既独立又不割裂，不是附庸，又不闹矛盾，既发挥了自己的作用同时又能做好配合，这就是风格。本书从新闻发言人的语言实践中概括分析新闻发言人语言与风格有关的七种情况以及新闻发言人语言的风格要素及手段等，并对上海市和外交部的三位发言人的发布会语料进行统计分析，注重以具有个性苗头的发言人的语言为统计对象进行个案研究。本书从我国政府新闻发言人的语言实际情况出发，通过对政府新闻发言人的语言状况进行考察、分析，试图寻找展现和影响发言人语言风格的形式标志，概括与发言人语言风格有关的若干情况，从而阐释发言人语言风格的内涵。希望能够为今后新闻发言人语言方面的提高提供建议和参考。 关键词：新闻发言人；语言；风格；个性；配合

Government press spokesperson is the communication representative of government，serving as a bridge between the government and the media and joining the government and the public in communication.Language is the chief means utilized by spokesperson communicating with the media and the related people.Spokesperson expresses opinions primarily through language，evaluates his language effects through language from the counter part，and organizes the diction of his answers based on the wording of questions from the counter part. His words are related not only to the effects of information communication but also to the government image and some other issues.Therefore，to illustrate policy and answer questions with what kind of language，which can be best accepted by the media and the public and achieve the best effect of communication，is the key issue that each government spokesperson should think over and put into practice.This dissertation takes the language style of press spokesperson as research object and，following the logic of people-language-style，elaborates on the relationship among“press spokesperson”，“press spokesperson's language”and“press spokesperson's language style”in the communication context of news conference.Perceived from the angle of man，language style is the manifestation of a person's style on language. It is the combination of truthful and quality language production coming out of one's heart，and it is the internal and external high level reflection and expression of language user in communication.This dissertation emphasizes particularly on approaching style from people's individuality.Based on analysis of press spokespersons’language condition，it expounds on why press spokesperson need individuality and style；based on description of real language communication situations，it discusses the relationship between individuality and commonness，relation-ship between individuality and cooperation and the interpretation of cooperation，which offers multi-angle understanding of style clusters. It is believed in this dissertation that style is a comparatively mature individuality，which may very from person to person but should not be labeled as good or bad.Anything that can be called styles has no distinction of being good or bad. It is a person's innermost sincerity，being lenient wherever possible，being friendly and nice to others，and the manifestation of internal cordiality going external.There are different types of style，and one type varies in degree. Individualized and stylistic language expression contributes greatly to people's language communication，helps people use language to cooperate，promotes mutual benefits between people's language use and social development. In communication，maintaining independence without segregating，subordinating，and conflicting，bring one's ability into full play while cooperating well with others，these are style.The dissertation makes generalization and analysis of the seven situations relating to spokespersons’languages and styles，and major elements and means of language styles from their language practice.Statistic analysis on press conference language materials from three spokespersons of Shanghai and the Foreign Affairs Ministry is carried out，and case study of individualized spokesperson's language is given more attention.Based on the real situation of our government press spokespersons’language and through the investigation and analysis of their language condition，this research is engaged in discovering formal signs that can display and influence language style of spokesperson，generalizing some situations relating to spokesperson's language style，and in turn explain the connotation of spokesperson's language style.
