技术进步能否通过提高能源效率来降低能源消费主要取决于能源回弹效应的大小。本书对能源回弹效应的测度方法进行了创新研究：针对技术在经济空间的扩散效应和能源—经济二者间可能的非线性关系，构建基于半参数空间面板计量模型的能源回弹效应测算方法，测算了中国各省区的能源回弹效应；针对技术在生产部门间的溢出效应，通过编制含能源实物流量的价值型能源投入产出可比价序列表，测算了中国各行业及整体经济的能源回弹效应。本书研究有助于厘清能源效率的提高对能源消费的影响，可为中国节能减排的政策选择提供科学参考。

Whether technological advances can reduce energy consumption by improving energy efficiency depends largely on the magnitude of the energy rebound effect. This book makes innovative research on the measurement method of energy rebound effect: aiming at the diffusion effect of technology in economic space and the possible nonlinear relationship between energy and economy, an energy rebound effect measurement method based on semi-parametric spatial panel econometric model is constructed, and the energy rebound effect of various provinces and regions in China is measured. Aiming at the spillover effect of technology between production sectors, the energy rebound effect of various industries and the overall economy in China was calculated by compiling a value-based energy input-output comparable sequence table with physical energy flow. The research in this book helps to clarify the impact of energy efficiency improvement on energy consumption, and can provide scientific reference for China's energy conservation and emission reduction policy choices.（AI翻译）
