党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央把贫困人口脱贫作为全面建成小康社会的重要底线任务，实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫战略。中国社会科学院国情调研课题组自2017年起在全国开展一系列调研活动，相继前往河北、湖北、广西、新疆、云南等地对贫困地区精准扶贫政策实施情况进行调研评估，本书为课题组最终成果。本书包括理论篇、案例篇和总结篇，一方面系统梳理了新时代精准扶贫战略实施框架；另一方面结合调研实践活动，形成河北涞源“易地搬迁+旅游”、广西西林“生态保护+产业”、广西龙州“易地搬迁+驻边守疆+边贸致富”、云南太邑“格莱珉”金融扶贫等精准扶贫创新模式案例，最终完成精准扶贫政策实施效果评价。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has regarded poverty alleviation as an important bottom-line task for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and implemented targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation strategies. Since 2017, the National Conditions Research Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences has carried out a series of research activities across the country, and has successively traveled to Hebei, Hubei, Guangxi, Xinjiang, Yunnan and other places to investigate and evaluate the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policies in poverty-stricken areas.
