本书以“居家扶助型”养老模式及其照护服务的供求为出发点和落脚点，沿着“理论分析-实证研究-经验借鉴-路径设计”的思路展开。首先，在对常用概念进行辨析的基础上，对“居家扶助型”养老模式的概念、特点进行阐述，并结合多学科理论提出发展“居家扶助型”养老模式的理论基础；其次，通过实地抽样调查对“居家扶助型”养老模式照护服务供需主体的选择意愿进行分析，了解该养老模式的市场均衡问题，进而总结出该模式的发展潜力；然后，介绍国外相关项目的经验并进行借鉴；最后，系统性地提出构建“居家扶助型”养老模式的具体机制，为推进我国农村养老保障制度的发展和完善提供有益参考。

This book takes the "home-supported" elderly care model and the supply and demand of its care services as the starting point and foothold, and unfolds along the idea of "theoretical analysis - empirical research - experience reference - path design". Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of common concepts, the concept and characteristics of the "home support" pension model are expounded, and the theoretical basis for the development of the "home support" pension model is proposed in combination with multidisciplinary theory. Secondly, through field sample survey, the selection willingness of the supply and demand subjects of the "home-supported" elderly care service was analyzed, and the market equilibrium of the pension model was understood, and the development potential of the model was summarized.
