本书立足于《国家技术转移体系建设方案》关于加快建设国家技术转移体系的重大关键要求，一方面建构了城市技术转移研究的理论框架，另一方面也从专利转让的视角对中国技术转移的现状格局、网络结构、演化过程、市场体系和空间效应进行了实证研究。研究发现：中国城市技术转移活动高度遵循宏观上的空间集聚规律和微观上的地理邻近效应；技术差距是中国城市技术转移网络演化的动力与拓扑连接机制；中国城市技术转移在速度上可能存在一个“阈值”，并不是越快越好。

Based on the major key requirements of the National Technology Transfer System Construction Plan on accelerating the construction of the national technology transfer system, this book constructs the theoretical framework of urban technology transfer research on the one hand, and also conducts empirical research on the current pattern, network structure, evolution process, market system and spatial effect of China's technology transfer from the perspective of patent transfer. It is found that China's urban technology transfer activities highly follow the law of spatial agglomeration at the macro level and the geographical proximity effect at the micro level. The technology gap is the driving force and topological connection mechanism of the evolution of China's urban technology transfer network. There may be a "threshold" in the speed of technology transfer in Chinese cities, and the faster the better.（AI翻译）
