为了深入了解当前中国“走出去”企业在斯里兰卡面临的问题和困难以及他们在斯里兰卡真实的生存环境，了解当地员工对中资企业的看法，云南大学组织开展了“‘一带一路’沿线国家中资企业和劳动力调查”，对斯里兰卡二十多家中资企业和七百名斯里兰卡员工展开调查，围绕在斯中资企业的建立与引资情况、在斯中资企业生产经营状况和本地化发展的问题与困难、中资企业在斯里兰卡的形象树立、企业社会责任承担与实施情况、东道国员工的个人经历和家庭情况、职业经历、对中国企业的看法和期待、对中国国家形象的认知、对中国软实力的认可等做了详细问答和数据收集。基于此调查，《企聚丝路：海外中国企业高质量发展调查（斯里兰卡）》在呈现一手而鲜活的数据的基础上，以量化的方式客观分析了“一带一路”框架下斯里兰卡中资企业的现状、斯里兰卡的营商环境、中斯关系的变迁和影响因素，并对在斯中资企业未来的投资和发展提出建议。

In order to deeply understand the current problems and difficulties faced by Chinese "going out" enterprises in Sri Lanka and their real living environment in Sri Lanka, and to understand the views of local employees on Chinese-funded enterprises, Yunnan University organized the "Survey of Chinese-funded Enterprises and Labor Force in Countries along the 'Belt and Road'", which surveyed more than 20 Chinese-funded enterprises and 700 Sri Lankan employees in Sri Lanka, focusing on the establishment and investment of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sri Lanka, the production and operation status of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sri Lanka and the problems and difficulties of localized development. Detailed Q&A and data collection were made on the image establishment of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka, the assumption and implementation of corporate social responsibility, the personal experience and family situation of employees in the host country, professional experience, views and expectations of Chinese enterprises, the cognition of China's national image, and the recognition of China's soft power. Based on this survey, "Silk Road: Survey on the High-quality Development of Overseas Chinese Enterprises (Sri Lanka)" objectively analyzes the current situation of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka under the framework of the "Belt and Road", the business environment in Sri Lanka, the changes and influencing factors of China-Sri Lanka relations in a quantitative way on the basis of presenting first-hand and vivid data, and makes suggestions for the future investment and development of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka.（AI翻译）
