With Covid-19 pandemic as the background of this book, it analyzes the major problems of the continuation and reconstruction of world order and the changes in the international pattern under the influence of the pandemic, systematically combs the influence of COVID-19 in Eurasian countries, and the cooperation between China and Eurasian countries in the fields of politics, economy, science and technology, medical treatment, health care and so on. It expounds that the pandemic has promoted the concept of a community of a shared future in the hearts of the people. It is of great significance to join hands in the fight against the pandemic and the great contribution China has made in participating in the prevention of a global pandemic. On the basis of analyzing the opportunity and challenges facing the Belt and Road Initiative, the paper stresses the important role of Sino-Russian cooperation in regional economic reconstruction and the positive role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in global governance and Eurasian multilateral cooperation.
