在中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下，重大行政决策责任追究正在成为一种常态。作为行政决策制度的重要内容，行政决策责任追究是一种多元化、系统化、类型化的机制。目前，我国的行政决策责任追究制度尚处于探索与初创阶段，有关行政决策责任追究法治化理论研究也依然是一个薄弱环节。为进一步加强这一制度的法治化、规范化和程序化建设，本书突破学科视域的壁垒和限制，对行政决策责任追究的主体、对象、范围、标准以及责任形式等制度核心要素进行了梳理与分析，并结合地方的初步实践探索，对行政决策责任追究制度完善提出了建议方案，一定程度上回答了制度探索中的现实问题。

In the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era, accountability for major administrative decisions is becoming a norm. As an important part of the administrative decision-making system, the accountability for administrative decision-making is a diversified, systematic and typed mechanism. At present, China's administrative decision-making accountability system is still in the exploration and initial stage, and the theoretical research on the rule of law in administrative decision-making is still a weak link. In order to further strengthen the rule of law, standardization and procedural construction of this system, this book breaks through the barriers and limitations of the disciplinary perspective, sorts out and analyzes the core elements of the system such as the subject, object, scope, standard and form of responsibility for administrative decision-making, and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the system of accountability for administrative decision-making in combination with the preliminary practice and exploration of the locality, which answers the practical problems in the system exploration to a certain extent.（AI翻译）
