本书从宏观上把握我国畜牧业发展现状，科学量化我国畜牧业氮磷排放对水体、土壤造成的污染和畜牧业全生命周期温室气体排放状况，进一步把握我国畜牧业环境污染的时空特征，分析畜牧业环境污染与经济增长之间的长期关系；从微观上分析畜禽养殖场开展环境污染防治意愿的影响因素，并选择典型案例剖析养殖场开展污染防治的措施及效益。在此基础上，梳理和评述我国中央和地方现行的畜牧业环境污染防治政策，并借鉴欧美等发达国家的防治经验，提出适于我国畜牧业发展实际的环境污染防治策略，具有较好的理论和实践价值。

This book grasps the development status of China's animal husbandry from a macro perspective, scientifically quantifies the pollution caused by nitrogen and phosphorus emissions in China's animal husbandry to water bodies and soil and the greenhouse gas emissions of the whole life cycle of animal husbandry, further grasps the temporal and spatial characteristics of environmental pollution in China's animal husbandry, and analyzes the long-term relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in animal husbandry. The influencing factors of livestock and poultry farms' willingness to carry out environmental pollution prevention and control were analyzed from the microscopic level, and typical cases were selected to analyze the measures and benefits of pollution prevention and control in farms. On this basis, this paper sorts out and reviews the current environmental pollution prevention and control policies of animal husbandry in China at the central and local levels, and draws on the prevention and control experience of developed countries such as Europe and the United States, and puts forward environmental pollution prevention and control strategies suitable for the actual development of China's animal husbandry, which has good theoretical and practical value.（AI翻译）
