本书是课题组于2017—2018年多次深入贵州省天柱县渡马镇甘溪村、黎平县双江镇觅洞村，对侗族武术进行对比性田野调查之后形成的成果，结合这两个侗拳之乡的历史沿革、民风民俗与生产生活等社会历史背景，主要从侗族武术的历史渊源、技战术体系及特点、伦理体系、传承与发展、社会影响等方面探讨侗族武术的传承之道。

侗族武术具有浓郁的民族特色和典型的地方特色，而分属侗族南北方言区的侗族武术则有着各自的特点和不同的传承方式。其中，甘溪村为“旅游（外生）型”传承模式，觅洞村为“民俗（内生）型”传承模式。本书的成果可为我国民族地区健身康养事业的推进提供参考，对于了解侗族地区的旅游发展和文化传承也有所裨益。

This book is the result of comparative fieldwork on Dong martial arts conducted by the research group in 2017-2018 by going to Ganxi Village, Duma Town, Tianzhu County, Guizhou Province, and Midong Village, Shuangjiang Town, Liping County, to conduct comparative fieldwork, combined with the historical evolution, folk customs, production and life and other social and historical backgrounds of these two Dong martial arts towns, mainly from the aspects of historical origin, technical and tactical system and characteristics, ethical system, inheritance and development, and social influence. Dong martial arts have strong national characteristics and typical local characteristics, while Dong martial arts belonging to the northern and southern dialect areas of the Dong ethnic group have their own characteristics and different inheritance methods. Among them, Ganxi Village is a "tourism (exogenous) type" inheritance model, and Midong Village is a "folk (endogenous) type" inheritance model. The results of this book can provide a reference for the promotion of fitness and health care in ethnic areas in China, and are also beneficial to understanding the tourism development and cultural inheritance of Dong ethnic areas.（AI翻译）
