昆明郑和文化旅游节“中外关系史学研究回顾与丝绸之路互动”学术研讨论坛2019年7月12日在云南大学开幕。此次论坛由中共昆明市晋宁区委、昆明市晋宁区人民政府、中国中外关系史学会、云南大学历史与档案学院主办，中共昆明市晋宁区委宣传部、昆明市晋宁区文联承办。研讨论坛活动邀请到了浙江、山东、上海、厦门等全国各地资深专家、学者教授100余人，以中国中外关系史研究的回顾与前瞻、郑和研究、中国中外关系史研究中的学者与学术、中外关系史其他专题研究、三条丝绸之路互动与中外交流为主题，进行分组研讨。研讨旨在集聚全国知名专家的思想和智慧，走出一条与“一带一路”建设相结合、以文化为引领的晋宁社会发展创新之路，为“一带一路”和地方经济建设服务。本书就是这次学术研讨会论文的合集。
The Kunming Zheng Cultural Tourism Festival "Review of the History of Sino-foreign Relations and the Interaction of the Silk Road" academic seminar opened at Yunnan University on July 12, 2019. The forum was hosted by the Jinning District CPC Committee of Kunming City, the Jinning District People's Government of Kunming City, the Chinese Society for the History of Sino-foreign Relations, and the School of History and Archives of Yunnan University, and organized by the Propaganda Department of the Jinning District Committee of the CPC Kunming City and the Jinning District Federation of Literature and Culture of Kunming City. More than 100 senior experts, scholars and professors from Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanghai, Xiamen and other parts of the country were invited to conduct group discussions on the themes of review and prospect of the study of the history of China-foreign relations, Zheng He research, scholars and academics in the study of the history of China-foreign relations, other special research on the history of Sino-foreign relations, interaction between the three Silk Roads and Sino-foreign exchanges. The seminar aims to gather the ideas and wisdom of well-known experts in China, embark on a road of social development and innovation in Jinning that is integrated with the "Belt and Road" construction and led by culture, and serve the "Belt and Road" and local economic construction.
