Dean of the Law School of Northwest University for Nationalities, Professor, PhD in Law and postgraduate tutor. From 1991 to 1995, he studied for his bachelor of law (law) degree at the Politics and Law Department of Northwest Normal University. From 1995 to 1998, he studied for his Master of Law (Folklore) degree at the Northwest Institute of Nationalities of Northwest University for Nationalities. In June 1998, he joined the Northwest University for Nationalities. From 2000 to 2003, he studied for his doctor's degree in law (ethnology) at the Northwest Minority Research Center of Lanzhou University. He has won many awards, including the third prize awarded by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Gansu Young Teacher Achievement Award, the third prize of the Gansu Social Science Achievement, and the first prize of Social Science Achievement awarded by Gansu Education Department. He has hosted several key projects of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and participated in several national social science fund projects. He has published 7 academic monographs and more than 30 academic papers. He is currently engaged in the teaching and research of ethnology, national theory and policy, and national law.
