袁晓江 深圳市委党校（深圳行政学院）二级教授，深圳市委党校原校委委员，深圳市第六届政协委员，深圳市政协文化文史和学习委原副主任，深圳市决策咨询委员会委员，深圳公共管理学院名师工作室首席专家，清华大学深圳研究生院兼职教师。长期致力于改革开放和经济特区理论和实践研究。

《“闯”和“创”成就了深圳》《创新是一个系统联动过程》《勇气和智慧是改革的精神品格》《邓小平改革开放理论与深圳经济特区实践》等多篇文章在《人民日报》《光明日报》《求是》等刊物发表，其中部分被《新华文摘》转载；《农村城市化进程中的集体经济及其出路》获全国党校系统优秀科研成果奖一等奖。

Yuan Xiaojiang is a second grade professor of the Party School of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee (Shenzhen Administrative College), a former member of the Party School of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, a member of the sixth Shenzhen CPPCC, and a part-time teacher of the Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University. Yuan has been committed to reform and opening up and special economic zone theory and practice research for a long time. "Collective Economy and Its Way Out in the Process of Rural Urbanization" won the first prize of the National Party School System Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award.
