杨国才，女，白族，云南大理人，教授（二级），博士生导师。云南民族大学少数民族女性与社会性别研究中心主任；云南省第九、十、十一届人民代表大会代表、人大常委会委员，中国妇女研究会常务理事，中国社会学会性别社会学专委会副主任，中国伦理学会常务理事，中国少数民族伦理学会副会长，云南省民族伦理学会会长，云南省健康与发展研究会副会长，云南省委联系的专家，云南省优秀社科专家，云南省文史馆馆员，昆明市政府参事，享受国务院特殊津贴。著作有《白族传统道德与现代文明》《少数民族妇女的知识和文化》等30多部，论文160余篇。

Born in Oct，1954，in Da-li Autonomous prefecture of Bai people，Yang Guocai，female，Bai Nationality，the secondclass Professor and the M.A supervisor of Sociology and Ethics .

She is the Director of the Ethnic Minority Women and Gender Studies Center of Yunnan Nationalities University as well as the Ninth，the tenth and the eleventh member of Yunnan Provincial Standing Committee，Director of Women's Research Association of China，sharing the special allowance of State Counci.
