Guo Xiaoqiong, graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and obtained a doctorate in law. Now in CASS, she is deputy researcher of the Russian Institute of Eastern Europe & Central Asia, a researcher of the Russian Research Center, and a researcher at the Belt and Road Research Center.
