郭佳，法学博士，中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所助理研究员，创新项目“‘一带一路’ 与推进中非人文交流研究”研究助理，发表学术论文十余篇。2000年12月—2002年12月在中国援刚果（布）医疗队工作，被刚果（布）总统德尼·萨苏-恩格索授予刚果忠诚勋章。

Guo Jia,Ph.D.in laws,is assistant researcher of the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS).She has been involved in the research project “Belt and Road”Initiative and Promotion of China-Africa People-to-People and Cultural Exchange,with fund support from the CASS.She has published more than 10 academic papers in this field.She worked in a Chinese medical team to The Republic of Congo from December 2000 to December 2002 and was awarded Medal of Order of Devotion granted by the President of The Republic of Congo.
