刘志明，历任中国人民大学新闻学院讲师，日本神户大学副教授。1998 年进入中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所，任传媒调查中心主任。2013 年任中国舆情调查实验室首席专家。中国社会科学院国家治理研究智库常务理事、新媒体研究中心副主任、中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所研究员。 Liu Zhiming has successively served as lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication, Renmin University of China, and associate professor at the Kobe University, Japan. In 1998, he joined the Institute of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and served as the director of the Media Research Center. In 2013, he served as the chief expert of the China Public Opinion Survey Laboratory. He is the managing director of National Governance Research at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Deputy Director of the New Media Research Center, and researcher at the Institute of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
